Younger girls here idolise football players (real football not handegg), older women tend to go for rugby types who are usually above 200lbs. It's the same in every country really, young girls aren't developed enough to have the "child-bearing" instinct to go for a rugged muscular guy.

Ah I almost forgot about rugby! American football players seem to be more muscular with lower BF than most rugby players. Your average receiver is 6 something 200-225 with sub 10% BF.

I think the typical rugby bodytype is more similar to say an athletic baseball powerhitter. Muscular yes but not ripped up like the misc loves.

My fav team (unfortunately) the NY Jets picked up a former rugby player Hayden Smith who is trying to make the switch and despite him being massive he looks like he doesn't workout compared to some of the beast mode dudes.
