Best sustainable diet to help target belly fat.

I have lost alot of weight and have gotten smaller everywhere. I have a personal trainer I see 2x a week I do cardio also at home and the gym. However my lower belly fat is there. I would like to know if any one has had this problem and what are some of your ideas to help get rid of my lower stomach. I have talked to my trainer and know high protein watch carbs etc..I am getting tired of Chicken and turkey. The problem is I am not a fan of many veggies either. Any ideas for masking the taste without addiing a lot of calories? I do some smoothies. I also can't do the protein shakes the thought of them makes me sick I have 5 or so brands from bb store. I know I sound to picky but I've tried. Eggs also get old.

Eat other meat! I get bored too, but in the last few weeks I've had pheasant, venison, rabbit, poussins, duck, steak, pork, lamb, prawns, all different kinds of fish, liver, bacon..........as well as chicken and turkey....

Just keep at it. I'm only just NOW seeing SLIGHT definition in my torso and it's taken bloody forever. Consistency is key You can get protein from all sorts of things! The main ones I eat, for example: eggs, chicken, beans, turkey, cheeses (cottage, string, cheddar, etc), greek yogurt (YUMMM), salmon, tuna, a little soy here and there, shakes, the occasional protein bar, etc

My fave ways to get in a LOTTA veggies in a tasty way:
1)Cheesy eggs. I toss a MONSTER bowl of mixed frozen veggies in with about 5 southwestern egg beaters and top with reduced fat cheddar and some bacon bits. Hellz ya. And it keeps u full for a LONNNNNNNG time. It's even tastier with ground turkey (which is usually bland to me, but this makes it real juicy)

2)Toss those same frozen veggies in a stir fry with shirataki noodles, sesame oil, soy sauce, some garlic, chicken, etc.

    3) I don't personally do this anymore, but my mom use to juice carrots and broccoli and spinach and stuff into our apple, pear, etc juice. You couldn't tell and it was way tasty.

    4) Mashed cauliflower tastes JUST like mashed potatoes if you put in some garlic and spray butter and whatnot. Also when I was on keto, I learned how to make a cauiflower pizza crust which was actually REALLY GOOD. I know the recipe is still up on the keto forum boards if you're interested.

To spice up protein shakes, blend with stuff! My fave way is to blend chocolate protein powder with vanilla almond/soy milk, frozen coffee cubes and sugar free kahlua syrup. MMM granita?!?!?!

Hope that gives you a few ideas? TBH, you don't NEED to keep carbs low. Its overall cals that matter. The only difference is some people (like me) bloat up a bit more with carbs, hiding abs, but I refuse to avoid carbs just to see a 6 pack 24-7
