I'm torn between XTEND & PURPLE WRAATH..Which way to go!!!??

i've tried both, liked purple wraath better. (in every way, taste as well) xtend is way too sweet, maybe if you are used to drinking pop and eating candy or something.

with all that said i now just use omega sports 1 kilo bcaa. 1 scoop pre 1 scoop intra. saves me a little money.

I tried Wraath and idk if it was just cuz it was the lemon flavor but it was nasty

havent tried xtend

currently using ModernBCAA bluerazz and it tastes like a melted freezie- yum!

helps me recover quicker and tastes better than water

I tried a sample of PW, the next day, I was real sore, and felt no difference.
I went through 3-4 tubs of 90 serv. of Xtend, and the reason I keep on going back for more, is because:
- cheaper then PW
- feel so much less sore the next day, and feel like I can do the same workout all over again
- it works great when I mixed a few scoops of Xtend for my intra workout, then a few more for intra cardio.

Xtend is a staple for me.

I have tried a sample of PW, but I've heard good things about Xtend and I want to try it. Go with watermelon if you decide to get that.

Try PW first..then you will get tired of the taste and after taste..then switch to Xtend..until you get tired of it as well...that's what i've been doing.

90 servings is as cheap as 36$... thats about 35 cents per serving which is one of the cheapest on the market.. Pretty hard to beat spending around 20$/month on a BCAA supplement.

This is really a no-brainer... you need to pick up Xtend!. Not sure why everyone complains about xtend being pricey/ you get 90 servings!

Im a huge fan of Purple Wraath and Xtend both.

Xtend tastes excellent and has a great profile but I have to say I actually noticed a much greater recovery and fatigue delay with Purple Wraath, so Im guessing as with everything else its more of a personal preference thing and what your body responds best with...mine of course being EAA's > BCAA's...

More times than not though if I cant afford both Ill sway towards Xtend seeing as I prefer to make a couple drinks up throughout the day aside from intra-workout just for the taste and to get the benefits from it all day. This can get expensive though, but for the price theyre both a great choice.
