[14 year old BBer Progress Video] Critique guys.

I've been working out for a full year now. Here is my progress from all the workouts. I'm currently bulking meaning my bodyfat % is a little higher than normal, but once I hit my goal of 185lbs, I'll do a small cut to get back into ripped mode.

-As you can see I'm not the best at posing / flexing, I also make funny faces when I do, but hey, I can't help it and thats not the point, eh'?

and since u ask for critique your biceps seem lacking compared to all else . idk if it was just the bad posing which will come in time, but otherwise your way past all the competition at 14 , keep it up.

Thanks man, reason why my biceps are lacking is due to heavy weights to lift with them, all I have are 20lb dumbbells to lift with. I have a Oly. Bar but that only does about 3-4 excerises with biceps.

Looks pretty good to me. I would say your arms could use some more development, but that most likely is due to the fact that you're only 14. When you hit a front bicep pose, your triceps seem to be lacking a little bit. Also, don't forget about those traps! Chest is looking solid, though. Keep it up.

Yea my traps don't seem to grow well, can you give me some exercises that work well for them?

Your only 14 you havent fully developed yet. They'll come with time. But Shrugs, Reverse Shrugs, Dumb Bell Shrugs, and High Reverse Flies. Those are some of the things i do for traps.

Definitely. This will help development a lot the back of your neck and give you a wider neck, which IMO is bad ass. But be careful your neck is a tender area so don't do much weight until you get used to it.
