    when to take a multivitamin?

    Does it matter when you take a multivitamin? I heard its best to take it at night because that is when you build muscle, but I also heard right after you workout?

    I don't think it matters that much. I take mine in the moring with breakfast.

    Just always take it with food and try to take it at the same time every day.

    but if its only 1 a day then take it at night because thats when your body lacks nutrients

    Vary it, some things absorbe better with no food, some with, some with water, calcium inhibits the absorbtion of magnesium (I think) for example.
