after coming back from gym ..i had a bowl of chicken stew.

was getting bored..saw a cup of plain yoghurt in fridge...5 gm carbs, 5.5 gm proteins..had it.

    tasted fukin awesome..very cooling

wondering if its good in terms of health?

If it's within your calorie goal, then it's perfectly fine, even if it's right before bedtime.

    Simply wrong.

Meal timing and inter-meal macronutrient partitioning is largely irrelevant for the majority and only becomes relavent beyond recreational intensity and duration of exercise.

Greek yogurt + protein powder is the best snack ever.

I wish it was cheaper though. Paying $2 a serving adds up. =/
