    Talking Whats your favorite pre workout meal?

    What gets you going before a brutal workout? My favorite pre workout meal is 12 Egg Whites with some salt and pepper and 1 piece of low fat American cheese melted in and 2 cups oatmeal with cinnamon mixed in and a piece of fruit. Usually eat this about 1 hour before the gym has been working good for energy. Whats your Favorite???

    whey in oatmeal with a bannana all mixed together. Then some glutamine and some carb mix about an hour and a half out. Then ill do my pre workout around 15 to 20 minutes out.

    Preworkout meal if i only 1hour before i train i take whey protein and banana or some quick abosorbing carbs. If i have lot o tym before i train like 2hours prior to wrkout, i take 6eggwhite and 2yilks and a bowl of old fasion oat meal or a bowl of quinoa.

    2-3 scoop protein shake and 1-2 bananas. With 2 bananas I often get too full so usually just 1 or 1 1/2 and throw away the rest.

    Used to have a protein shakes and a rice cake or two.
