    Help Please.

    I just hurt myself pretty bad snowboarding, i messed up my arm lower and upper. Do you think i should still lift just legs though? or should i just take some time off, and if so how long?

    I probably will, but the injury seriously isnt that bad like i didnt break it. it doesnt hurt unless i hit it by accident to put too much wieght on it, other than that its fine i can lift things under 30lbs. Its just at the point where i cant work out upper body.
