First I would like to thank Cellucor for the opportunity to beta test this product. My history with preworkouts is extensive but limited with those with 1,3 dmeth in them. Last prod. I used, NOXpump, I had a horrid crash and stopped immediately. This is my first 1,3 dmeth product since that episode. Previous experience was with Jack3d only and it became useless after 1-2 wks. So here goes nothing.
1st use was today with 1 scoop. Mixed well with approx. 8 ounces of water. Totally disolved. Smelled of fruit punch, as was the flavor. Reminded me of fruit punch Gatorade to be exact. And tasted just like it. Drank it on an empty stomach and about 5-10 min. into it I could feel it start to kick in. Steady amount of energy building in with a little tingle. Product delivered steady energy during todays cardio session which was 30 min. on the fat burning setting at L6-8 on the stair master. No crash so far. Feeling good.

Keep us posted!! You shouldn't get a huge crash even at 2 scoops. We really tried hard to get the best stim/pump without the crash. Those who are really sensitive may notice a crash, but only after the workout ceases, and there have been almost zero complaints from those who are stim sensitive in the alpha testing ( which is now the beta formula)

1 scoop of C4 mixed with 8oz. Water. Taste just like it did yesterday. Mixed well and nice and flavorful. Hit the gym about 20 min post intake and had a good smooth session. Energy was well balanced w/o the crash and pumps were a little more than i wanted and limited amount of lb's used.

Hit back yesterday. Decent workout considering the L lat. strain is healing up faster than expected. 1 scoop of C4 continues to do the trick.

Kept the weight down at first and then slowly started to increase it as I got a good feel for how the back was feeling. Opted out of deads for the extensions because I felt a little pulling to the L lat. Just to keep it safe. Good steady energy and pumps were a little above average.Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew

Sorry for the delay but my home comp. is in the shop. Hit chest yesterday. I knew eating and drinking crap was bad for ya but I really felt it yesterday. Energy was lower than normal and lb's were down. Did 12 sets of chest and 30 minutes on the treadmill. Felt really sluggish but managed to work through it. Today was 30 min. intervals on the treadmill. Late start to the gym this am because my boy was up sick with a fever and I had to take care of him. Anyway, energy level was up and back to normal. I cont. to use only 1 scoop of C4 and it continues to do good work. If my back is better by tomorrow then back and cardio tomorrow. If not, prob. hit some rotator cuff exercises, abs and cardio.

Pump was awesome. Started feeling some tightness in the elbows so I laid off to prevent tendonitis and tennis elbow. Happens quite often when I switch workout routines.
Finished off with 20 min of HIIT on the treadmill. Plenty of energy left over. No crash involved.
On a side note only got 4 hrs of sleep that night and was pleasently surpised at how much energy I had. Also, I started off at 265lbs and am now down to 260lbs.Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew

Sleep has been **** the past couple of days. Waking up every hour or 2 and not being able to go back to sleep. Anyway, hit 30 minutes of cardio this am. 20 on interval training on treadmill and 10 min. HIIT on stairmaster. Energy was good but I cont. to have a little asthma trouble.

Since I've been having shortness of breath/asthma exacerbations I decided to lay off the C4 today and switch back to my previous pre. I did not have any symptoms that I've had the past couple of days. So, I wonder if its the C4 or what. Not really sure. Hit shoulders today and had a solid workout without labored breathing.

Back on C4 today. I had trouble sleeping again last night so I popped a benadryl around 1000. Woke up at 4 and downed the C4. Onset was slower than usual but once I got into my workout all was good. Started a different program this week. Lighter weight with slow reps really concentrating on muscle contraction and mind muscle connection. And yes, I watched the videos with Milos Sarcev in them. Hit shoulders today. Great pump. Wore a larger shirt than normal but could really feel the pump shining through. Energy held up good throughout the lifting and HIIT session on the elliptical. I'm starting to come back down to earth right now and feeling a little sluggish. On good note the shortness of breath issues I was having last week are now gone.

Multiple updates. Have been back on C4 for 3 more workouts. Feels good. No respiratory distress of any kind. Pumps have been good and my focus is improving. The best thing about this product is I am still using only 1 scoop. The majority of pre's I use or have used I've had to double the dose but not C4. This impresses me the most out of this product.

My apologies for the lack of updates over the past week. Work has been a beast and kept me outta the gym all but the past 2 days. Hit legs and abs on Sat. and shoulders and arms on Sunday. Kicked it up to 1.5 scoops the past couple of workouts and felt a bit more of energy. Pumps were same and focus yesterday was really spot on. Yes, I would buy this product. I can say that it really surprised me with the energy levels. And I like the low dose of 1,3 in it.

Today was light cardio, to loosen the legs up, and rotator cuff day. Good initial workout which started at 0430. For the past 30 I have began to crash hard. This has never happened and is a first on this product. Will be updating again tomorrow. Tomorrow will be cardio day.
