    QUADS- Post pics of your Quads

    Hi everyone. I really want to start focusing on building my legs more as i know that building your lower body builds your upper body to regardless of what upper body work you do. So would like everyone to post there quad pics and critique mine. Also comment on how they developed there legs more when hitting a plateu. Thank you

    mix up ATG squats, with pause squats, front squats, etc... also try using leg extension/ham curls, and walking lunges, etc..

    Taken Yesterday - thing that's worked for me is splitting quads from hams so I can hit each area with enough intensity.
