Stomach Fat ... Can't Seem To Flatten

Ok so I dropped 20lbs, came down from 165-145lbs and I still can't get my stomach to flatten.

I hit the gym atleast 4-5 times a week, i do one body part a day, i either do some cardio or some abs at the end of my workout.

Its been around 5 days I have been trying a new thing which is no eating past 6pm, only a 2 scoop protein shake around 9pm, other than that during the day i eat around 4 meals.

Can anyone give me some tips or what am I doing wrong with losing stomach fat??

What's your diet otherwise? Deficit? Marcos?

Also, you can't spot-burn fat. So chances are your overall BF% is still higher than it needs to be for a flat stomach.

dosent sound like enough protein (depending on size of sandwich or meal)maybe swap some of the fruit for a protein shake or 2,add in some good fats

If your avatar is recent judging by your arms your BF% isnt low enough to have a flat stomach

I plateaued before I started to lose the stomach fat. The things that helped me get over that and really burn the fact were
    1. Start EC Stack
    2. Replace sandwiches with salad
    3. add an extra 30 mins of low intensity cardio
