    Sagging skin

I've had three babies but the last at age 35 totally changed the way my body looks. I always weight trained up until my mid-30s but not during or after my last pregnancy and since then it's been hard to get on track in a genuine way.

How do I completely overhaul my body and firm it up to make it look like I'm 30 again and stop this skin from looking so saggy? I want to try training before plastic surgery, even though that IS an option. I'm not a fan of the knife. Advice?

Also, my husband is a power lifter and we have a TON of equipment in our home. I'm willing to even consider competitions if that's what would put me off in the right direction. Thanks!

Notice Danielles diet in that link. She is not starving herself.

Its an easy trap to fall into but it doesnt work.
