    No burn?

Hey guys, I've been at it for some time now, but whenever I do bent over rows with a barbell and I train until exhaustion pretty much, I don't feel any burning in my lats.
I have been told to focus on my lats, but how exactly would I do it?

Also, do I HAVE to feel the burn, or will they grow regardless?

    Thanks in advance!

I don't think feeling the burn, whatever that is, matters. Just use good form and move some weight and your back will grow.

Agreed, as far as focusing just get a decent wide grip on the bar and try to pinch your lats together at the top and maybe hold it a second.

That's the problem, really. I have a bad muscle-mind connection or whatever. It took me a decent amount of time to be able to flex my pecs.. How do I flex my lats/pinch them together?
