Can someone give me a basic food sample and specific time to eat it? Also, can you keep foods simple if not that's ok b/c i will just buy it
Would like a sample for each day in the week.

Load up your cals in the protein shakes.. If you have yours around 700 cals, that makes up 1400 of your cal intake if you have two a day. On top of that, drink a lot of milk. That can make up 700 ish if you have like 5 glasses. So that's 2100 cals on just your shakes and milk. The rest shouldn't be too hard.. just have big meals.

We can't do all the work for you bro. We can tell you what to eat, its all up to you how you want to get it done.
For general tips though, lots of complex carbs (whole grain) stuff, especially in the morning and before a workout. Whole milk, peanut butter, oats, pasta are all high calorie foods to get you up to 4000. Before bed get some fat and protein to supply your body while you're asleep (again, whole milk and peanut butter). If you don't want to eat meat it's going to be difficult to get your protein in, but I would look into GOMAD and protein shakes if you really are looking to avoid meat. Any particular reason why you can't eat it?
