ITT: I share with you an amazing bicep exercise to build the outer bicep head.

I read about this a little while ago from one of Vince Gironda's book. Basically you can do it standing or on a preacher bench (preacher is my preferred choice). The goal is to grab the bar wider than shoulder grip and keep your elbows as close together as possible

Even after the first session of implementing this exercise, I experienced a pump in my outer bicep head that I never felt before. Hope this helps someone.

Biggest question in bodybuilding: Whaddaya bench? As I've said before, it doesn't matter how much you bench; it matters how much you look like you bench... There's no round on stage that's the benchpress round. - Bob Chicherillo, World Class Physique, CMG
