ive actually checked that one out, but i don't like how its 100% from corn, so im actually a bit apprehensive about its effectiveness.

I take Optimum Nutrition's serious mass. You have to take half or 1/4 servings at a time, but even a half serving has 151 carbs in it, 25 grams of protein and about 640 calories in it. It also has a great balance of BCAA's and vitamins.

yeah i've had that, I'm looking for just straight carbs though, i can control my intake better and its way cheaper when i make my own stuff.
