    Cellucor C4 V3 LOG

    About Me:
    Height: 6'1
    Weight 186 (lost a lot of fat lately!)
    Goal: Stay Lean

    Initial:
    Chest Day

    Protocol:1 scoop 30min before the gym 1hour after morning protein shake.
    Taste:I thought I'd get this right out of the way since the taste of this product isn't going to change, I got fruit punch (not sure if there are any others) and I have to say it was mild, extremely easy going down, no stomach issues (like acidic feeling, pain, etc), as far as the flavor it did nothing for me, but again wasn't bad in the least.
    Energy:1 scoop was pretty mild energy. It was there but nothing over the top like some of the other products out there. It was actually very nice! Not too little not too much, enough to power through my workout more so than if I didn't take anything. I personally am a fan of a kick in the a$$ when it comes to energy, so I'll probably go 1.5 scoops tomorrow and see if I get a bump...Although I had more than enough energy to do everything and more!
    Pump:Okay this is where this product shines....and I mean everyone and in the gym was noticing, I've never used creatine nitrate before....my veins were bulging, I did a chest workout and god my chest felt like it was going to pop, it was great. I've really never had such a good pump lately. This product really is great here!
    Concentration:I was set on my workout running back and forth between sets like a mad man with nothing bothering me except the occasional glance at the girl on the stair stepper....
    Crash:None to speak of....at least 4 hours afterwards I dont get that miserable tiredness with product.
    Overall:I thought this was a great first day (I took 2 days off before hand and thats rare) coming back and using this product really made a difference, it gave me god energy (nothing over the top), the pump was CRAZY loved it! concentration was good, endurance was good, overall this product is starting to seem very good...can't wait for day two!

    Other:
    Diet is at -500 cal, still would like to lose some more fat...so the extra energy is def needed! I eat mostly protein, low carbs and essential dietary fats.....
    I did a chest only day, unless Mike requests it I'm not posting up my workouts.

    Packaging:
    Forgot to mention this in the above. The packaging they used is amazing. It is probablyl the best package for a supplement I've seen yet. It is extremely well designed simple yet sleek. I don't buy just on packaging but if I did....well it has my vote! Good job cellucor.

    Initial:
    Arms Day!

    Protocol:1.5 scoop 30min before the gym 45mins after morning protein shake.
    Taste:With a little less water and the extra .5 scoop the taste actually improved a bit it was a little more gatorade like. Went down nicely.
    Energy:1.5 scoops was a little more kick but not what I was looking for, looks like its going to the 2 scoops to get the effects I desire! still a good clean energy though, drives me through my workouts.
    Pump:The pump was only that much better today! Especially with arms, my veins were literally bulging out of my skin it was awesome. People look at me and go....hmmm wonder what he's been taking...only Cellucor C4
    Concentration:A good mild concentration effect again! Stayed focus on the weights and really enjoyed my workout (hard not too for arms day!)
    Crash:None to speak of....at least 4 hours afterwards I dont get that miserable tiredness with product.
    Overall:I thought on day 2 it was a better experiencing more noticeable pump, more energy, more motivation, this product is impressing me more and more every time I use it....which is only twice haha looking forward to day 3!

    Back Shoulders

    Protocol:2 scoop 30min before the gym 1hour after morning protein shake.
    Taste:Really had a nice sweet sensation with 2 scoops....very gatorade like, starting to enjoy the fruit punch actually.
    Energy:2 scoops is definitely where it is at. The energy was a nice kick, I powdered through my workouts like a mad man, let alone sweating like a beast. This stuff for me at least needs to be dosed at 2 scoops!
    Pump:The pump is that much better! Creatine nitrate really has a nice effect to it, now I know why people love C-bol so much. I'm glad they incorporated this into there product.
    Concentration:Again a nice mild concentration effect that really kept me on game with 2 scoops it was more noticeable and kept me inline more.
    Crash:None to speak of....but this time Im writing this as I got back from the gym...so we'll see later on.
    Overall:I thought on day 3 was the best yet, Im going to keep this dosed in at 2 scoops. Its the perfect level for me really enjoying it alot the pumps are out of this world!

    Thanks! Yeah let me know if there is any information you'd like me to touch up more on, but stuff is doing great at 2 scoops. Haha I dont drink coffee, and I work out in the relative morning so thats when I take it and the rest of the day continues to go well after the gym (no crash) works great!

    Have u taken it first thing in the morning on empty stomach? I am kind of curious and how that will make me feel since I do go to work after my workout. Or do u think i should eat something before i hit the gym?

    I believe eating something small first thing in the morning no matter what. Something like oatmeal, protein shake, yogurt, just somethign to give your stomach a nice little coating. I know that eating about 2hours before you workout is "bad" because it diverts blood from muscles to digestion...but something small like that I think is necessary, and an extremely good idea.

    Legs Day =/

    Protocol:2 scoop 30min before the gym 1hour after morning protein shake.
    Taste:Starting to warm up to the taste did notice something, if it doesn't have enough water it makes the back of your throat like dryish....
    Energy:2 scoops on legs day, anything that will get me through this dreaded day will make me happy, and at 2 scoops it managed to do that. I hate doing legs, but know its necessary hah. 2 scoops gave me enough energy to do: Cleans, Squats, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Leg Press, Claves, 15min incline walking!
    Pump:My arms were getting pumped big time with the cleans...and my legs jesus they were gonna like explode which is a good sensation especially wearing shorts than road a little high (2in above the knees) You could really see my quads big time today!
    Concentration:Like I said anything that gets you through a day like today well....its good for me! I did a lot of exercises without getting that sick, dreary feeling which was nice.
    Crash:No crash yesterday so I don't expect one to come today either.
    Overall:I thought on day 4 went pretty well, legs day is a Bit$h, I hate every second of it, but 2 scoops of C4 and legs where knockin at my door.

    Day 5:
    Going to change my logging style up a little bit so I am not writing the same thigns over and over worded differently.
    Chest Day:
    Bench Press 4 sets, 225x5
    Dumbbell bench: 3 Sets 95x5
    Incline Dumbbell Fly: 3sets 55x10
    Superset Cable Incline/Decline Fly, 10/10 (60/50lbs) 3 sets
    Incline Bench press: 135x10 3 sets
    Dumbbell Pull Overs: 60x12 3 sets
    Ab's
    10mins of running on the treadmill

    So today I took 2 heaping scoops of C4, and wow, I like heaping scoops better than non heaping haha. It worked out fantastic! More energy than ever feeling like I could lift the world today, ever since I cut down from 205 to 187ish, I lost a ton of strength along the way, but today I managed to increase every rep or weight on each exercise! I'm loving this stuff, plus the creatine nitrate is amazing sutff!

    I would love to see Cellucor come out with a creatine nitrate/mix product sort of like C-bol, I love thermolife, but the way cellucor has been treating me...they made a customer for life, if they revise products like they have C4, I'll be buying a lot more, a lot more often.

    I did 1.5 scoops and that was good enough for me so far. The C4 is some good stuff! My workouts seem endless. I literally had to force myself to leave the gym. I never got exhausted either. I wonder if theres any water retention from using creatine nitrate?

    I think every creatine promotes some water weight, but I think nitrate is one of the ones thats least likely to give you much excess...

    It was a long and intense day, and thanks to C4 my pump was again out of this world, my viens looked HUGE people were looking at me like.....god...and my energy well it was relentless...it never stopped Im even typing this now like a mad man! Thanks cellucor for awesome workouts..I thought I'd be so tired from last nights ski trip with my buddies, but woke up and went to the gym no problem.

    C4 is def. for those days where motivation or energy is low. Those are the days that start the dreaded lay off periods for me. I miss one here, or there, and then before I know it I have gone 4-5 days without a workout. Fire up 2 scoops, and make sure that never happens again!

    Day7&8:
    I worked out christmas eve as well, just didn't have time to post anything up, I hope everyone had a wonderful christmas, and thanks to cellucor and everyone commenting on my log!

    Basically on christmas eve it was 2 scoops in order to get one last good workout before I ate like a oompa loompa in the chocolate factory.

    Today
    It was that dreaded legs workout I always fear. But something was different from the years of dreading it. The first thing was my weight lifting partner bought me a some stuff one of them being Jay Cutlers workout DVD...I decided to watch his legs day...and god did it motivate me! Next was 2 heaping scoops of cellucor and BAM I was ready.

    I did leg extensions, leg curls, leg sled, leg sled 1 foot, squats, calve raises, one foot leg sled, squat machine. I was a complete beast in the gym, relentless energy, everyone was looking at me as I was drenched in sweat..One thing I've noticed is I sweat x10 on C4 its really nice! My legs have never been so tired and sore right after the workout in my life. I also did 15min of incline walking and abs!

    My energy was non stop, motivation extremely high, strength up more than anything....it was a great day to have cellucor C4...too bad its about to run in 5 or so days..in the mean time I'm enjoying every second of it...Oh and the pump...jesus the best pump of my life (never used creatine nitrate and its AMAZING).

    Day 9:
    Well another wonderful day using cellucor's C4, I met a lot of people at the gym today that I don't see very often so I spent a lot of time chit chatting...but I didnt want to the abundance of energy and concentration C4 has been giving me kept making me say hold on let me do this set real fast......

    I did an entire Back/Ab's day, it was intense I've never done a solo back day, but with the help from C4, I really was able to push beyond my normal capabilities....it was nice, I think Imma try some new change up in my routines to see if C4 can push all the boundaries I've been having lately!

    Day 10
    It was chest day, my favorite day of the week! As usual I took 2 scoops of C4, but last night I started AI's Ultimate Body Transformation stack, won't notice the results for a while just thought i'd mention it.

    Anyways back to C4, its hard not to write the same thing over and over again, this product provides immense energy, a great pump, a nice concentration effect, and no crash! My chest day went amazing, I put up more than I've ever been able to at this new weight. I managed to throw up 225x7 4 times over at 185 (I used to be 210 at one point). Cutting was extremely hard and wiped a lot of muscle out, but C4 seems to be bringing back my old strength and than some. Its a great tool to have for bulking and cutting and I don't know what I'd do without it while getting used to my new body weight!

    Great log so far mate, keep it up. I have a question though, does C4 make you a little lightheaded when you do squats? With jack3d, I always got a little dizzy doing squats =\ Dunno if it's just me though.

    Anything motion like squats has the potential to make your light headed (leg press, leg sled, etc). Its because your contracting your quad muscles squeezing a lot of blood out than, as you finish the blood rushes back in causing the light headedness..Its sort of like pilots when they pull a lot of G's there suits compress there legs to keep blood in there head.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but that would be where the light headedness comes from, but I have not had any of those effects you are talking about from C4, although if you have a low tolerance for stims start at one scoop as they will increase blood pressure which can also lead to light headiness and headaches. I personally go with 2 heaping scoops haha, but Im a stim junkie!

    Day 11&12:
    Both very similar days...2 scoops, great pump, great energy. The only problem I've encounter thus far is when I mix 2 scoops with plenty when I finish my throat feels like it just got sprayed with like air, it kinda burns than I take a sip of regular water and Im fine hah, anyone else get this effect at all?

    Overall one thing that is starting to grow on me is the motviation at the gym it gives. Almost like an enraged sort of drive to me, its more prominent as I continued to take it. Its nice sometimes I feel beat down and tired but this stuff gives me the drive I needed. Normally on a day like today (arms day) I would be more than pumped to go, but I arrived at the gym with no motivation within 30mins of starting its like something hits and bam I have a fiery drive to lift.
