2011 INBF Tri-State Bodybuilding and Figure Championships
Once again, Delbert and LaDawn Hickman are are thrilled to announce that the 4th Annual 2011 INBF Tri-State Bodybuilding and Figure Championships will be held on Saturday, 21 May 2011 at the Dayton Convention Center in downtown Dayton, Ohio. In 2011, we will be expanding our event by awarding four WNBF Rookie Pro Cards to the overall winners of Men's and Women's Bodybuilding, Women's Figure, and Ms. Fit Body. In anticipation of an even larger turnout than 2010, we are moving to the more spacious Dayton Convention Center Performing Arts Theater. As always, we are working diligently to make this a positive and memorable occasion for you and will be giving away some great prizes again and awesome Niels Andersen sculptures.
Please consider the INBF Tri-State in your 2011 competition plans and stay tuned for more! We are certain you will enjoy the experience.

Time: Pre-judging, 11 AM; Evening Show, 6 PM
Athlete's Meeting (Dayton Convention Center): Saturday, 21 May 2011 at 9 AM SHARP!
Athlete's Registration Fee: $75 ($40 entry, $35 polygraph fee)
Tickets: Pre-judging is $12. Evening Show is $15 or $20 VIP seating. Regular (non-VIP) Day Pass is $25. VIP Day Pass is $30. Call for advanced ticketing or purchase tickets at the door.

I'll be there competing in the lightweight division.
Does anyone know the size of classes last year or if the show is run well?

From what I have heard from a few people it is a really well run show and moves along quickly, if you to to the shows website you are able to see that size of last years classes.

I did this show last year and its definitely one of the best run shows I've ever been in. Delbert and LaDawn do a great job. Its a decent size show. There were between 5-10 in each class last year I believe. Good luck to all of you competing. Hopefully I will be able to make it to watch.

I know there is going to be a few competitors from the Buckeye Classic who will be competing. Light weight class is going to be tough again. I have heard people are coming from as far away as New York for this show, so it should be a great turn out as always. Good luck to everyone competing.
