ok, first off im 17 and on a cutting diet. I normally go to the gym at 7-7:30 AM before college.
ive heard good things about white flood, and i also like the idea that it doesnt contain creatine, so i can use it when im cycling off creatine for 1 month
Ill list my current list of supps:
ON 100 whey
ON micronized creatine mono
Flaxseed oil
(going to buy animal pak when get some money)
is it worth getting the white flood? or should i spend my money on diff supps?

well to answer ur Q:
Whiteflood works well for me.
Get a sample and find out if it works for you before buying a bottle.
There are some who doesn't like WF coz it doesn't contains Creatine & 1,3 DMAA. Ignore them and decide on your own.Last edited by createeen; 12-17-2010 at 02:00 AM.

Controlled Labs doesn't officially recommend any of its products for anyone under 18. That being said white flood isn't any worse for you than a sugar free redbull when used responsibly so it should be fine to use semi-regularly. Just follow the dosing instructions to assess tolerance.

On one hand, I agree, you're 17, no need for this stuff. On the other, kids your age are just as likely to abuse Red Bull or NoDoz or BroncAid. It's all in the responsibility level of the user, and since we don't know you, it's not something to recommend.
I'd tell my son to use creatine, and drink coffee, if he needs a stim pickup for an early morning workout. Take that how you wish.~ Roast Master, Resident Coffee Warlock~

maybe gatorade/powerade during training? lolwut?
We are talking about things that give energy.
I take about 2 scoops of WF just for the energy boost and enjoy the extra lift it gives me after a full day of classes since I lift around 3pm.
I've tried things like jacked with 1,3 dimethyl in it and all i notice is more pump and I guess slightly more energy.
