Happy New Year.
Today is my 5th day at it. I can't wait to weigh in and see if I lost any weight on the 7th day. Seems like time is going by so slow for me, I just can't wait to see the results of my efforts. I sure some of you feel the same.

@Transmigration I know what you mean about time going by slow. For me it is going by slow BUT now it's the last day of week 2 for me and I wonder where all my time went. Been hitting the weights so week 3 is really focus on getting all of my Cardio in.

I was looking at your profile pic a few days ago and was wondering what your goals would be because your already ripped in that picture.
Looking back is so much easier that's for sure. Last time I lost a bunch of weight I was 1 onth in before things started to fly by because I could see results. I'm sure once you start seeing the nice bod your making time will fly.

I will enter the challenge today or tomorrow. Need to get a newspaper. I have my trainer in place. (He is a bodybuilder). My diet plan is written out, and fitness routine schedule is set. I have my supplements in place, I need to see what I can take from ON. I already take 100% whey protein. My challenge will be sticking to my diet and not cheating and doing cardio 5-6 days a week. I think I get a cheat meal 1 or 2 times a week.! I have to eat eat eat!
