BCAA powder is about as disgusting as anything. I don't give a sh*t about taste, but dogsh*t probably doesn't taste much worse than unflavored BCAAs.

Crystal Lite covers the taste. When I used the plain stuff, I mixed in 1/3 to 1/2 a pack of one of the singles, and the taste was fine.Originally Posted by smcmichaeljr
