Hi all im currently on a cut but im getting bored of having next to no carbs (eating chicken pretty much all the time)
How much will eating pasta once a day effect my cut?

Sounds like you're doing keto. The carbs will likely be stored in the muscles as glycogen and not as fat (from my experience). Instead of chicken, you can eat other kinds of meats, fish, cheese. Just mix up the variety of the kinds of animal/cuts of meat you get and that should help out a little bit. Keto can be rough in the variety dept. sometimes.

alex he is probably not doing keto. His carbs are probably not low enough to put his brain into a state of ketosis. Also OP, there is nothing wrong with Pasta. During the first part of my cut I ate sandwiches and lost weight just fine. I hit my caloric goal as well as protein goal and the weight still melted off.
