But no, you don't need to followup Free Test with anything. You can run a 2nd bottle, switch to something else, or take a break. If you need any specific help, feel free to PM me.

I think a minimum of 4-8 weeks break is ideal to regain homeostasis.

Take a break from it for a week. And then continue using it. That's how products are usually used. 8-week maximum.
