    Exclamation Kidney pain? or something? (srs)

    been on CKD for about a month now. Just today I am having some pain on my back left side could it be kidney pain? should I stop CKDn? Maybe drink more water?

    You lift weights and think the pain is diet related???

    Well, if it is diet related, and a kidney issue, you should hydrate better. If you are properly hydrating, then wait a week if the pain is only slight.

    Drink more water, see if pain is DOMS.

    CKD is not likely to be causing kidney problems. Much more likely to be gym related.
