    ketosis

    i've been eating no-carb for 2 days now, when will i get in ketosis?
    i hope i'm not asking something stupid lol

    How long is a piece of string?

    For a more helpful answer, have you trained? I mean hard? You won't hit ketosis until you deplete your liver, so if you've not trained and trained hard it won't happen.

    My dead cert method of re-entry to ketosis was High fat diet, leg day, take the dog for a walk. Have you cut out all diet drinks etc?

    i do about 30 minutes of low intensity cardio every day and yes i've cut out all diet drinks.
    the only things i drink are coffee and water.

    I dont think its nessasary to stop drinking diet pop, i drink 2-3 diet pepsi's a day, 3rd day today, and dont have an effect on ketosis, but some are differant..

    Coconut oil and olive oil, 1 tbl every 4 hours helps alot to

    This is different for everyone.. some cant handle aspartame.. some cant handle caffeine.. some cant handle lactose..

    KETO IS NOT NO CARB.. please read more on the diet... this question is asked 3-5 times a day... typical person will take 4-5 days to reach keto the first time.... dont carb up till the 14th day ( same answer every time )

    Knocked out the milk and sugar/sweetner in the coffee? Just checking as I've seen it done before!
