    pro complex? good or bad

    is pro complex a good protein? or are there others out there that are better? also what proteins have high bcaa in them?

    ProComplex is excellent blended protein, my friend.

    as for BCAA content - all straight protein powders will give a nice BCAA profile, as this is what protein is comprised of.

    depending on what processing application is used, will leave some specific blends (such as Isopure) with a higher BCAA content, but at the expense (elimination) of other nutritive value of the protein.

    there is more to protein than simple BCAA content.

    pro complex is great if you can afford it. many cheaper protein blends will likely have a similar BCAA profile.
