    What should my macros be?

    I'm about a month and a half into my first bulk and I've put on about 7 lbs so far. Basically, I've just upped my cals to about 3200 per day and protein to about 1.75g per pound. I'm def. getting stronger and starting to fill out but I'd like to keep some definition. What ratios should my macros (proteins, carbs, fat) be in my daily diet? I'm assuming they should each be a certain percentage of my total cals but not really sure what. any help appreciated. I guess I would rep but I don't even know what the **** reps are or what they're for.

    Subtract that amount of protein from 3200 and fill the rest with carbs and fat. I would keep fat between 15-30%. The rest is carbs.

    It's really up to you.

    Nah....Dont put a percentage on your macros!! Need is bodyweight based.

    Protein at 1g per pound of bodyweight.
    Aim for 0.4-0.5g of fats per pound of bodyweight.
    Rest carbs.

    Read the link I posted.

    You can have 1.75g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Its up to you but not necessary.

    so if I'm at 190, I should be taking in 190 g protein, and 95g fats. not sure what you mean by "rest carbs"

    Fill in the rest of your calories with carbs...

    190 x 4 = 760

    95 x 9 = 855

    760+855 = 1615

    3200-1615= 1585 from carbs/pro/fat combo
    ED got me, ill be darned if it gets anyone else.
