    Exclamation I'm afraid of change.

Guys, well the thing is I have been training for almost 3 and a half years, I've got pretty strong and gained a decent amount of solid muscle, I'm at 6% bf now. I also trained alot for endurance and I'm capable of alot. Anyway..

I used supersets and drop sets for long time, but now I'm desperate because I dont know if its correct to do SS and/or DS whenever I want. Meaning, I dont know if I need to take a week off or so to try something diferent on my workouts. Doing the same amount of sets and exercises but maybe incorporating SS and/or DS that week of training.

I hope I was clear, thanks!

I don't get what the problem is. drop sets and supersets are fine
"on the bech press i usually start off with 205 doing it 5 times then once i ad my usual extra 5 pounds on i can barely do it twice. How can i increase my chest cardio? so i can rep heavy weight easier" -dc1992hp

come by and check out my log. I'm racing to a 275x5 bench and 185x3 strict press with comps.

Sorry dude, I'm really at 6% bf.. I go with my nutritionist every two weeks, and now I'm at 6% bf.. If you say it because of my profile pic well that pic is long time ago.. I dont want to upload new pics until I get bigger and more proportioned. I'm at 160 pounds now, and 5,8 ft tall, I'm also doing almost the impossible to get over 6 ft.
