    Diet for vacation?

I'm going for a 2 week vacation for this christmas and I wont have any access to a gym. I was thinking on loading up on bodyweight exercises or just take the 2 weeks off and fully recover.

Either way I wonder what changes I should make in my diet for this vacation? How much should I lower my cal intake? and what ratio should the protein/carb/fat intake be?

Lowering your calories by a 500-600 per day should cause you to not gain more than a pound or so per week depending on how much you used to exercise. This will also leave you room to not go crazy due to eating alot less than what you were used to.

Unless you're going to lose control and full out binge eat everyday I wouldn't worry about it, relax and have fun. Two weeks out of an entire year/lifting 'career' (lol) is nothing.
