Breakfast Sausage Bread! - WW crust, 2 eggs, 5 whites, 1lb hot sausage (yarly), mushrooms, part-skim Mozz and a little bit o' spices.

Just the Aunt Jemimas Buttermilk pancake mix. Add milk and an egg and your good.

1/2 cup pumpkin
1 cup egg whites
cinnamon, vanilla extract, stevia to taste
1 tsp of baking powder

Just made these and the inside of them stayed liquid. Did you encounter this problem at all?

Anyone else have this problem.

That was my first attempt they were thick as heck and cooked all the way through I did put the mixture in a magic bullet to incorporate air and chop up the oats. Cooked on med high flipped when bubbled in the middle and finished.

a different kind of **** bowl. BBQ chicken on top, on the bottom: 1 lb of broccoli, rice pilaf, sliced new potatoes, can of vegetable medley soup, some hot sauce, some extra chunk chicken.


this contains pretty much all of the win. Its the best out of the new flavors I have had so far, hands down. The ice cream is amazing(loving the coffee counterpart once again), texture is amazing, plenty of caramel etc. Damn. Also when I first tasted the malt ice cream the taste immediately reminded me of some of the beers I have brewed lol


I think it was infected, or oxidized. Wasnt too bad tasting, but the aromas were of old socks, along with the usual pale ale aromas


good Imperial stout, a little one dimensional, but has good flavor and smooth mouthfeel.


Fantastic, Hopslam is still better but I love this. Grapefruit, pine, caramel, orange peel etc. Usual DIPA flavors.

Wadup guys. Today was a a healthier day than expected. Thought I would be saving macros for Phish Food, but after I saw that eating the pint (hate eating less than the whole pint) would give me only 18g of fat left to be consumed. I said fuk it on my first meal, and made one of the best tasting GY Bowls I've had.

So after my fasted workout, had a LF/GY bowl with 2 servings LF/GY, 2 bananas, 1 serving blueberries, 1 serving Nutella, 1/2 serving of raw almond butter.

Before leaving for school, I made an average sammich with 2 servings turkey, 2 servings black forest ham, slice of provalone, jalapeno jack, and havarti cheeses. One on top, middle, and bottom. The on one bread was the spicy deli mustard, other bread was the honey apple butter.

Got home and made an average salad. Bag of cut lettuce, 1 serving blueberries, about 1/2 a can of cut pineapple, 2 oranges cut up straight from our friend's farm, 2 servings of goat cheese, lime juice, and low fat sesame dressing.

Finished off macros with a bowl of PROATS. 1 cup of oats, 2 servings of banana casein, 1 serving ground flax.

Twas a good day. However, am considering pint of Phish food tomorrow.

simply mix FF cream cheese, vanilla essence and splenda. In this case I used 100g cream cheese, 10g splenda and maybe like a teaspoon of vanilla? Stuff is unimaginably good.
