IN! will get my pictures up soon
normal high carb day, will be reducing to 1 day a week, but make it the definition of refeed(Honey nut cheerios, raisins)
need more reese puffs, the CC/Cereal ratio was off this time, too much CC
Tonight, I remembered to grease the pan with a bit of canola oil and the omelet turns out perfect. Next time I will just journey out into -2 windchill and use propane, it didnt turn out as well as I wanted. 28 ounce
Instead of refeed on a PR deadlift day I go this route. 160g oats, 64g pb, 2 dark, 2 milk, and 1 mr goodbar, raisins. Eat all of the chocolate 1 scoop at a time, then eat around the PB leaving some raisins and a ton of PB. Consume PB with leftover raisins its like PB and Co without the cinnamon lol
Finished off some Edys Cookie Dough. So good
simply outstanding. A bit strong on the whiskey aging but doesnt bother me, still smooth as ever
better than Great Lakes Christmas ale. Stronger flavor all around. With ginger and cinnamon flavors lingering for a good while too
great. This is a little too much on the cherries but overall pretty well balanced. Cherries are very tart, and this rises to smooth milk chocolate on the finish. Tartness lasts afterward. Id buy it again
