im "skinny" and trying to gain weight and get ripped and big arms/abs/lats/chest/delts etc..
what happens i work out, but dont eat tons , do i still gain some weight/muscle or what happens? :S

Dont tell me you are afraid to get "fat" because of girls or something stupid.
Your'e sixteen, eat some goddamn food and lift.
You might start to look good for 2 weeks, then your lifts will stall, and you will get demotivated and quit. Its all to common.Ecell=Ecell^0-(RT/nF)logQ

just find a calorie calculator and eat around that a day and keep working out, id recommend a good protein shake like dymatize elite or optanum goldstandard and look into some creatine to help workout, get a good diet going, take your bodyweight in protein eat a lot you'll burn it off anyways and the key is be patient, rome wasn't built in a day, dont do somethign stupid like TEST or roids.
why am i a champion? because when you're tired and ready to quit i push harder.
