I was just wondering does anyone know if the exercises demonstrated on the training section of this site should actually be done at the speed shown, or are they being done quickly to demonstrate several reps of an exercise?

Most people recomend about 1 second down, 1 second up. But you have to figure out what works best for YOU of course; wether that is slower or faster is up to how you like it.
You do it at the speed you need so that you can FEEL the muscle working and the speed where you arent using too much (preferably none) body momentum to get the weight up.Reps appreciated. I'll tag u back 100%.
I hate people who leave weights laying around everywhere....
