    help with fat, protein ratio

    hi im about 6"1 and 83kg.
    just starting keto tomorrow and i want to know how many grams of protein and fat i should be aiming for

    Your goal is dropping weight?

    At 180 pounds, around 2200 calories for a 500 calorie deficit.

    2200 calories
    190g protein = app 35%
    30g or fewer carbs = app 5%
    150g fat = app 60%

    Edit: skipped right over the posts to show you how to do it. Use those. Mine's generic. But what you come up with shouldn't be too different than that.
