I would highly recommend using 1MR or Jack3d, however i personally think 1MR is stronger because it boosts your energy levels dramatically and makes you not want to leave the gym. Don't get me wrong, Jack3d is great, I use both of them because they're pretty much similar in a way and both taste good, I just think 1MR is slightly ahead.

They both recommend using 1 scoop/day 30 minutes before working out. however jack3d recommends after using the product for the first 3 times, dosage can be increased by half a scoop. They both have approx 3 g of creatine, guarana, caffeine etc.

seriously but if you end up using any of the 2 DO NOT drink 4-5 hours before sleep, because you will not sleep if you do.

yeah jack3d n 1mr both have 1,3 dma, destroys your liver, if ur taking it, be sure to take some sorta liver cleanser w/ it


however were u asking about a nitric oxide based pre workout supp, or were u looking for something thats like an arganine based product that u take in the AM and PM?
