hey i was wondering if anyone had some ideas of a good bb breakfast for a teen. Im currently bulking and takin bout 2850 cals/day. I get 550 of those cals usually at breakfast, and now im thinkin of having some pb and honey sandwhiches in the morning, althought im kinda worried about sugar in the honey is lol . All breakfast ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Mine is like this, I know breakfast should be your biggest meal but I dont have time to prepare and eat all that in the morning, instead I eat a giant lunch.
My breakfast :
3 pb sandwiches
1 bowl of oats
how i do my oats (tastes great!) :
-1dl oats
-2dl milk
-2teaspoons of sugar
-some cinamon or I suggest some protein powder if you got some and dont care about the taste as much as I do.
-put it into the micro for 2 min on max power.
eat your sandwiches while you wait on your oats to cool down & get sticky (thats how i like them)
