Hi,
I'm trying to lose weight a little quicker. I work out 5 days a week and eat nutritious foods only. Is there something I could take to help me lose the fat quicker. Something like Acai berries?? Excedrin?? It doesn't have to be FDA approved if you get my drift. as long as it has minimum side effects.

depends on how much you are losing a week. If you are losing only a lb a week, you could try incorporating more cardio or cut your calories by about 300-500. If you are losing 2 lbs a week, low intensity cardio for 30 mins to an hour (example: incline walking) could help boost that to about 3 lbs a week which is kinda high. It is not a race and there is no magic solution, do not attempt to lose more than 3 lbs a week or you will be risking muscle loss.

acai berries are a noob scam thats been on the internet for a year, havent seen it lately cause its gone to nitrous oxide... but really any fat burner will help, and i used to be a big fan of them, but i honestly dont think its worth the money. ive lost 40 something pounds and most of what fat burners do for me is make me sweat my as s off and get dehyrdrated
