    Losing weight HELP

    Hi,
    I'm trying to lose weight a little quicker. I work out 5 days a week and eat nutritious foods only. Is there something I could take to help me lose the fat quicker. Something like Acai berries?? Excedrin?? It doesn't have to be FDA approved if you get my drift. as long as it has minimum side effects.

    depends on how much you are losing a week. If you are losing only a lb a week, you could try incorporating more cardio or cut your calories by about 300-500. If you are losing 2 lbs a week, low intensity cardio for 30 mins to an hour (example: incline walking) could help boost that to about 3 lbs a week which is kinda high. It is not a race and there is no magic solution, do not attempt to lose more than 3 lbs a week or you will be risking muscle loss.

    What about something like avesil? I've been reading good things about it. Does it really work well?

    Yeah I usually pop a couple of excedrins when I wake up and before I go to bed...

    acai berries are a noob scam thats been on the internet for a year, havent seen it lately cause its gone to nitrous oxide... but really any fat burner will help, and i used to be a big fan of them, but i honestly dont think its worth the money. ive lost 40 something pounds and most of what fat burners do for me is make me sweat my as s off and get dehyrdrated

    Forget the pills, in my opinion. How fast have you been dropping weight (avg per week), and what are your starting/current weights? And height? Nutrition is important. What does your workout consist of now?
