These are soo old, they first came out back in like early 09. Gained popularity in the Summer of 09 and then gained popularity on 4chan in 2010 but by the winter or 09 www.cents-off.com and other fraud agencies had informed businesses of the fraudulent coupons.
If you use them now you're risking getting the police called on you.

There's a huge instruction list floating around somewhere on how to make your own coupons. A very risky venture, however, especially with large, big ticket items like electronics.
