I think im lactose intolerant :(

I think im lactose intolerant, past few days ive been in a lot of stomach pain, but i drink so much milk and have yogurt before this, its never effected me before like this, to be honest it may just be too much protein for my body to handle, i dont know where im going wrong i am lacking in fiber though so could be that, its like a bloating..cramp feeling, really quite concerned, any ideas?

I know how you feel I'm the same .

It's not like strong lactose intolerance, It's just when i drink more than 1 Litre of milk i get stomach pains, bloating etc.

Same happened to me. Don't drink a lot in the first sitting when you first try it. Work up slowly adding an additional cup each week until your body gets used to it.

Try lactade milk, drink a lot and see if the same happens. Only way to find out without a doctor.

you know you can buy digestive enzymes to combat it? my girlfriend is horribly lactose intolerant, she takes a pill or two and she can eat/drink as much dairy as she wants really. try it, they're pretty cheap at about 13$ for like 90 and there about the same size as thos little 10mg claratin pills
