Hey people.
I had seen many sentences in articles where it says, "muscle fusion". Can some one please explain to me what muscle fusion is?
Any help would be appreciated

you're gonna hafta give a little more info then that....try posting the whole sentence. i dont know if i've ever hurd of muscle fusion, probbly just another term for somthing else. kinda like how there's steroids, juice, gear, pump ect.

It went just like this:
"During a muscle fusion"...something like that...
I don't remember where I read it...But does anyone else know what it is..Get out of my way if you aren't here to pump some iron

to me it sounds like some kind of supplement.

Its actually a training techinique/principle, i forget exactly how it works, but it invloves two things
1.high reps
2. HELLA PAINI'm not binging...I'm bulking
