Look at me, look at you. For starters: Who do you think has more experience and knows what they are talking about? Thats rhetorical.
I did a 4 week keto diet (with carb ups every 8 days) and my LBM/BMI stayed almost exactly the same (very, extremely minimal muscle loss) and my strength also remained constant. I do carb cycling now, to build muscle and stay lean.

You know you would have the same results with just a calorie deficit(assuming you're getting enough protein) right? The food you eat doesn't affect the laws of thermodynamics.
Get enough protein and fat
Fill rest with carbs
It's not rocket science.
brb doing keto
brb no energy at the gym
brb being constipated
brb feeling like ****
If anything, keto is good to get rid of water weight.
