Cellucor P6 testbooters suggests consume 20-30 minutes prior to workout and same thing with post PWO ...
am i messing one or the other by taking both testbooster and the PWO supp at the same time?

Which Preworkout are you taking? I wouldn't think there would be a problem but maybe try taking the pre-wo 10-15 mins after the P6 just to be safe?Originally Posted by raydeon
