When i read the ON label, i'm very disappointed because ON is the only brand that put this dosage on the label,,

wtf is 1 rounded scoop?

for example HYDROwhey ON, put this:

1 SERVING: 39GR

30GR protein
2gr carbs
1gr fats


i don't know the weight of the scoop, but the fatidic 39gr include the weight of the scoop?

A scooper is never going to be 100% accurate, just weigh the powder when you put it in your shaker if your that concerned. The 39g is of the powder, not the scoop included

Its the same for any product, the g total is never going to include the weight of the scooper. The only difference in vocab. is heaping is a you make it a big scoop when you take it out i.e. having extra powder on top and rounded is a more of a level scoop. Again if your this worried, you should invest in a kitchen scale and just weigh the powder as you put it in your shaker, oats, etc. for max accuracy.

It all depends... if you eat the scooper too then you have to weigh it and add in the macros from the plastic. Good source of fiber!

I wouldnt worry about it too much bro. Rounded means it has some whey thats stacked on top after the plastic scooper. That amount of whey is probably like 3g of protein max. ON makes the best whey for the cheapest price in my opinion.
