i would do something like no more than 20mg of sd for first 4 weeks with 50mg of h-drol and then last 2 weeks up h-drol to 75mg.

U think that would be better than:

week 1-3 hdrol 50/75/75
week 4-6 hdrol 75 mdrol 20/20/20

I'll def not go over 20 mg on the mdrol. I should see some good gains with these 2 together I'm thinking.

i dont see why you have to overlap. where's the actual evidence behind? there isnt any because an androgen receptor is an androgen receptor.

so to avoid the toxicity, i wouldnt bridge i'd just go straight into the compound.

NB: i bet someone will come in saying 'but hdrol takes 1-2 weeks to kick in' despite not knowing what that's actually kicking in

i wouldnt stack. the toxicity and shutdown when combining both imo is too much

i'd try 3 weeks of SD at 20mg/day and then 2 weeks of hdrol at ~50-75/day

the hdrol is there to consolidate your gains, and perhaps help you lean out a bit but 6+ weeks is too much IMO
