Seriously, sort it out. There are too many manlets on this forum who are in good shape - the truth is, you should be, too. So if you're one of the many 6'2"/200lbs-ish guys who aren't representing well, then do something about it. You're reflecting badly on the rest of us.

6ft 2 just over 200lbs brah, seriously struggling to get any higher, i always get to about 208lbs and then it's so much effort just to keep that weight, i've lost 6-8lbs for no reason in the last week? Just because i can't sleep so got to bed at 2am and it pucks everything up even though i eat right up too when i go to sleep.
What is a respectable weight at 6.2" then? Bear in mind your 30, you got 10 years on me son.

Yeah, seriously.. i never realised but its crazy, even if its at the weekend and i get 8-9 hours sleep my body still hates it :S always feel tiny before i get some serious carbs in for breakfast (currently doing this, have day of work and just woke up) I take sleeping aids, 5-HTP or Melatonin some days but it doesnt help me sleep faster, just puts me in a fecking deep sleep after i manage to doze off, wake up feeling fuarkeeeeeed cos i take triple dosage and just dribbling crazy, also gives the craziest dreams ive ever experienced.Poor sleeping patterns can wreck everything, can't they? My weight varies up to 6lbs a day man hahaa, but im talking about my morning weight.. i mean i took the pic which is my profile pic about 7 days ago, if i took one now you'd think its from about 4 months ago. bahhhhhh worst genetics!
Out of interest whats your squat and DL numbers? Legs are looking swole man.
