I started working out about last year, when I started my bf was 30% at 13 years old and 5'1" and 95 lb. But I was still skinny.
I starting working out and dropped my bf eventually to 15%, I didn't know about bulking and cutting at the time so when I found out I started bulking, I also started Starting Strength a little after that.
I quit SS after 2 months, and now I'm doing Max-OT, I weigh 114 pounds, and am 5' 4.5" I'm 14 in January. And my bf is now 20%. I'm planning on cutting at around March.
Goals: To drop down to about 10% bf quickly, then start bulking again and maintain bf with a clean bulk.
Should I do a small cut just to lower my bf and just start bulking again?
What do you guys think?
