fat is actually really high but im seeing hardly any definition loss...protein is probably just absorbed all day..whatever my eggs is..chipotle everyday which is like 60 and by the next time i have protein its around 5 or 6 when i lift then i eat more after that..yeah im consistent..it might be my metabolism you noticed i was 115 only 9 months ago as a junior in highschool thats twiggy and i dont think 150 is much better

notsureifsrs.
Your body can absorb more then 25g of protein, your source sir?
Also it is not nessacary to space out your meals if you cannot as long as you get your macro's in the day you will still gain. In saying this i do space mine out every 3hrs but thats because it keeps me full and easier to eat 6 meals a day then 3 massive ones but again you will still gain off 3 big meals if thats all you can do.
I do highly doubt you take in 5000 cals a day and are not gaining, how do you count your calories and post up an example of your diet.
As pearldrumguy said you do have to make sure your diet is consistant every day or you wont be gaining as much.

Chiptole has a calorie counter. and panera has calories on their menu. those are the only places i eat lunch and i get the same thing everyday..if youre wondering why its because i am still in highschool and thats whats close to school...breakfast could be the breakingpoint because i sometimes run late before school and for instance right now im eating a microwave lasagna meal thats about 900 calories and i ate dinner earlier but yeah maybes its the breakfast just not being consisten i trust you guys. any lifting tips?

2000 for lunch and 3000 the rest of the day for 5,000 total? Are you 100% sure that's right by weighing it all out or are you just throwing some wild guess out there? I'd highly doubt you really are eating 5,000 and not gaining weight, but if you really are weighing/measuring everything out, then up your calories to 6,000 is all I can say. Yeah breakfast is very important, for everything not just lifting.
If you cant find time to eat something blend up a quick shake: Banana, Weight Gainer Whey with milk or water.
If you can though it would be much better to eat something like eggs, oats etc.
I normally wake up and make my whey/banana shake then eat some eggs/oats before i leave for work.

1) Your not pushing urself as hard as u think u are.
2) Your not eating as much as u think u are.
- Increase ur volume and intensity. Humans use muscle for movements! And for athleticism. If u have just been going in and working out and not really trying to become something u wont.
- Train like an athlete. You think us football players are strong and ripped cause we casually put up weight on the bench and squat? Fuk that! We bust our asses off 5-6 days a week and drink milk and water like its nothing.Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)

Ok fair enough, yeah wasnt having a go or anything just didnt want you to give the OP misleading info. Sorry to say but they have told you the wrong info.
Your body can absorb more then 25g in one sitting. For example if you eat 100g of protein your body will absorb it, it will just take longer to do so. Not every single gram will be absorbed depending on the type of protein etc but thats the same weather you take in 1g or 100g's.

I deffenly think hes not eating as much as he thinks but it cant really be no 1 because either way if he was eating enough he would be putting on fat or muscle depending on his workout so it has to be no 2.
Although i really can see you eating 5000cals and not gaining theres only one thing to do keep increasing your calories untill you do gain.
