The ECA stack for the idiot
Hello
I have been seeing people reffering to this 'eca stack'. I researche it with wikipedia and I know what it is. Do you guy think its ok for a 16 year old to take this? Also getting itno the specifics, you take all 3 once in the morning and then all 3 once in the evening?
Do you also take them on days that you dont workout?

no, its not ok for a 16 year old to take ECA. 18 is the minimum. your metabolism should be high enough at 16.

ECA stack is not to mess around with it has serious effects (recorded deaths) as you've been told 18yrs is the min age for use.Originally Posted by PRiSM92289

You're too young and I guarantee you don't have a need, especially at 5'6" 146lbs.
