out of 1-10. 10 being best
Effectiveness- 10, No more elbow pain, soothing and warmth better than any cream I have used.
Smell- 10, peppermint, I like peppermint.
Clean up after applying- 10, washed hands with soap and warm water, no left over residue and washed off hands the first time.
Over all first impressions. Soothing and heat from the cream started way faster than other products and I only used a small amount, maybe a dime size drop 1/8 of a inch thick.
AAEFX has a winner here. I have tried a lot of creams and diffrent sups for my joints. AAEFX KRE-Celazine worked the best for me. AAEFX Joint Rehab takes it to the next level. VERY effective today.

20 min's Hand bike cardio. NO joint or forearm pain at all.
I am really liking my results with this Joint Rehab. Even with it only being the 2nd day I feel the difference. I think most of the immediate results are coming from the cream part of the kit. I emagine the long term will come from the cap.

Hit Db presses and chest with NO forarm or elbow pain.
Hit Fixed Bb curls and other bi curls with NO elbow or forarm pain.
I used AAEFX Joint Rehab cream pre work out today.
Effectiveness = 10
smell = 10 - I smelled like a pepermint at the gym. lol
clean up = again a 10.

Cardio only day.
20 min’s hand bike cardio this morning. No joint pain with hand bike again today.
I haven’t been logging my weight because I have been sick and my weight is bouncing all over the place. Between 154.8 and 153.0 .
Water retention from being sick, has been the reason for the weight differences. I’m sure once I kick this cold or what ever it is, my weight will stabilize to steady readings. Then I will start logging my weight again.

Final review on Joint Rehab
This is great stuff. PRE J-R Kit. I took the capsel side of the kit and it has keep me off my pain meds for my low back bone degeneration for a year now.
As I have reached heavier weights now elbo and shoulder pain has slowly increased. Having to push my wheelchair besides working out my arms take a beeting.
The J-R Cream side of the kit used pre work out has changed all this. I'm back to slamming in some PR's with no bad joint pain.
Now when I say heavy I'm talking world class weights for my Body weight and age. Still NO bad pain. AAEFX has once again came up with a great product in this kit.
With my pain meds being over $200.00 a month and this kit just as good plus no memory loss its a no brainer for me.
Smell = peperment
Clean up = first time and no resadue
Effectiveness = Caps a 8.9 (I'm on the extreamly bad case side due to back)
