    mass

    so just last night i finaly hit 130 lbs and im 5'5, i need to get mass really bad and i just cant seem to gain weight or gain any mass, how do i do that?

    Eat lots of food. Keep adding calories to your daily intake until you gain weight.

    Meat, potatos, beans, fruit, veg, peas, lentils, milk, eggs, cheese - go for it

    Make sure that your lifts increase every week - adding reps or adding weight to the bar

    i eat meat, friut time to time, and have a lot of milk and cheese and lots of protein shakes and creatine

    If you aren't gaining weight, you are not consuming enough calories. It is as simple as that. Up your calories. Watch the scale. If you still aren't gaining weight, continue to increase your caloric intake.

    Emphasize on milk. Milk is caloric dense. 1000 calories for 2 litres/8 cups of milk. If you aren't gaining weight, and you find it hard to eat on a caloric excess, drink milk. It's cheap and nutritious.
